p44bet Terms and Conditions – Everything You Need to Know

01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to p44bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the p44bet platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account features available at p44bet.click ("the Platform"). They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and p44bet ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on p44bet, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact our support team at support@p44bet.click before you proceed — we're happy to explain anything in plain language.

p44bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will notify active players by email and display a notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on p44bet you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p44bet operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method after mandatory checks.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational use — not on behalf of a business, group, or third party.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. p44bet may request document verification at any time, and accounts providing false information will be suspended.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through p44bet directly or through any recognised responsible gaming body, at the time of registration or while your account is active.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local laws. It is your responsibility to confirm this before registering.

p44bet reserves the right to carry out age and identity verification checks at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. During a verification check, withdrawals may be temporarily paused. This is a standard measure to protect all players on the platform.

03 Account Registration & Management

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one p44bet account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same CNIC, or the same device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where p44bet identifies duplicate accounts, the duplicate(s) will be closed, any bonus funds held within them will be forfeited, and the matter may be investigated further.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to p44bet is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, contact number, and payment details. If any of your information changes — particularly your mobile number or banking details — you must update your account promptly. p44bet is not liable for failed payments or communication gaps resulting from outdated account information.

Account Security

Your account password and login credentials are your responsibility. You should not share your login details with anyone else, use the same password across multiple platforms, or access your p44bet account from unsecured public networks. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. p44bet will never ask for your full password in any communication.

Account Verification (KYC)

p44bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, a selfie for facial verification, or proof of your registered payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested will have withdrawal access suspended until the process is finalised.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

p44bet currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p44bet does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not process international wire transfers.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum single deposit: Rs 5,00,000 (subject to payment method limits)
• Deposits are credited to your p44bet wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours on working days.
• p44bet does not charge a deposit fee. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• First-time withdrawal requires completion of KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes for standard accounts and instantly for VIP Gold and above members.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze Rs 50,000 / Silver Rs 1,00,000 / Gold Rs 2,50,000 / Platinum Rs 5,00,000 / Elite — no limit.
• p44bet does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard network or processing fees from the receiving institution may apply.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Club

General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on p44bet are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules. Where there is a conflict between general rules and promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific rules take precedence.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The minimum wagering requirement for any p44bet bonus is 1x; most promotional bonuses carry requirements between 3x and 10x. The specific requirement is always stated in the promotion's terms before you opt in.
• Bonus funds are played separately from real-money funds. Real-money balance is used first; bonus balance is used only when real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The real-money equivalent of a cleared bonus is fully withdrawable once the requirement is fulfilled.
• p44bet reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

Welcome Bonus

New p44bet players are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 10,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of Rs 500 and must be made within 7 days of account registration. The bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player and cannot be combined with other first-deposit offers.

Weekly Cashback

Cashback is calculated on net losses in the period Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 PKT. It is credited to your wallet every Monday before 10:00 AM and carries a 1x wagering requirement. Cashback rate is determined by your VIP tier at the time of calculation and ranges from 5% (Bronze) to 15% (Elite).

VIP Club

The p44bet VIP Club operates on an automatic points-based system. All registered players start at Bronze tier. Points are earned on all real-money wagering activity at rates that vary by game type. 06 Betting and Gaming Rules

Placing Bets

A bet placed on p44bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference should be considered unconfirmed — contact support before the event starts if this occurs. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and no subsequent movement in the market affects your bet.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake for a single sports bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. p44bet reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, consistent with fair gaming practices.

Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before the required minimum duration for settlement; the event is postponed beyond 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time and is not rescheduled within that window; the relevant market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; or the odds were clearly posted in error (manifest error). In accumulator bets, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining selections.

Crash Games

In Crash Games on p44bet, the multiplier at which each round ends is determined by a provably fair random algorithm. The game outcome is not influenced by p44bet staff or any external party after the round has begun. Cash-out decisions are entirely the player's responsibility once a round is in progress. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the full stake being lost for that round.

Ludo and Poker

Ludo matches and Poker games are facilitated by p44bet but played between registered players. p44bet earns a platform fee (rake) from Poker cash games and a fixed entry fee from tournaments. Results of games are final once the platform confirms them. Disputes regarding the result of a completed game should be raised within 24 hours via live chat with full game reference details.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p44bet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one p44bet account, or assisting another person to do so with shared resources.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or accessing account features.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in Poker or any other competitive game format.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. p44bet cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies.
• Attempting to place bets after an event has concluded (late betting). p44bet's systems flag and void bets placed after official result times.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p44bet staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

p44bet is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem — and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.

Tools Available to All Players

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Active immediately. Can be decreased at any time; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period. Same adjustment rules as deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Limit the length of a single playing session. You will be automatically logged out when the session limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account for a minimum period of 6 months. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period. Contact support at support@p44bet.click to activate.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

p44bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at p44bet.click/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

In summary, p44bet collects information you provide during registration and verification, transaction and gameplay data generated by your use of the platform, and technical data such as your device type and IP address. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the platform experience.

p44bet does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors and identity verification providers necessary to operate the platform, and with law enforcement bodies where we are legally required to do so.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your p44bet account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Suspension by p44bet

p44bet may suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction; failure to complete identity verification when requested; or account inactivity exceeding 24 months with a zero balance.

Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. After 12 months of inactivity, p44bet may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of Rs 200, deducted from your real-money balance until either activity resumes or the balance reaches zero. You will be notified by email at the 10-month mark as a reminder to log in or contact support if you wish to close the account cleanly.

11 Limitation of Liability

p44bet operates its platform on a best-efforts basis and takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, accurate odds, and secure payment processing. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.

p44bet is not liable for losses arising from: service interruptions that cause a bet to be unplaced or a game session to be disrupted; losses resulting from your use of your p44bet account by a third party with or without your authorisation; losses resulting from your own decisions, including betting strategy, staking levels, and game choices; or any indirect, consequential, or economic loss beyond the value of the specific transaction in dispute.

Where p44bet is found liable for a specific transaction, our liability is limited to the face value of that transaction (the stake placed). Maximum aggregate liability per player per calendar year is capped at the total real-money deposits made in that year.

12 Changes to These Terms

p44bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, we will notify all registered players by email to their registered address, display a notification on the platform home screen, and allow a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect for new activity.

If you disagree with any proposed change, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw any real-money balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of the Terms is always the version displayed at p44bet.click/terms-conditions with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.
